Hexalrein (Hexarelin) is a potent synthetic hexapeptide growth hormone secretagogue that acts on both the GHS-R1a (ghrelin receptor) and CD36 receptors. Produces one of the strongest endogenous GH pulses of all GH secretagogues, with unique cardioprotective properties.

Administration: SubQ (Subcutaneous) injection
